Lexington Mayor Jim Gray will be on hand at Keeneland tonight to help rally and encourage people in our area who have signed up to host community-wide conversations as part of the upcoming On The Table event.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Blue Grass Community Foundation invites people to break bread with a friend, co-worker or neighbor and discuss ideas to make Lexington a better place to live, play and work.
The suggestions will also be incorporated in the Urban County Government’s next Five Year Comprehensive Plan.
Tonight’s Lead The Table Kickstarter event, sponsored by Leadership Lexington, gets under way at 5:30 in the Keeneland Entertainment Center. On The Table Day is Wednesday March 15th.
