Authorities say a Kentucky State Police trooper has died in an off-duty accident when he fell from a barn roof.
Pulaski County Coroner Clyde Strunk says Mason Flynn fell about 22 feet and hit his head. The coroner says the 24-year-old Flynn was pronounced dead at the scene Monday in rural Pulaski County in southern Kentucky.
Strunk says Flynn was helping put a metal roof on the barn. The coroner says Flynn lived in Pulaski County.
