Lexington, KY – Opponents of the U.S. Army's transportation of nerve agent by-products from Indiana to Texas asked an Indianapolis District Court judge today to halt the interstate shipments. As Kathleen Adams reports, the outcome of the proceedings will be felt in Kentucky.
