Louisville, KY – Voters and those involved in getting votes counted on Election Day are calling this election a big one. Frankfort, KY – If you thought there would be only a couple of names on Kentucky's presidential ballot on Election Day, you would be mistaken. As Tony McVeigh reports, there are five, plus some write-in's.
Louisville, KY – One of the most common rumors involves electioneering, or campaigning too close to a polling place. It's illegal to actively campaign within 300 feet of a polling place, but Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Les Fugate says it's not against the law to wear campaign attire to the polls, as long as it doesn't create a diversion.
