The University of Kentucky's 149th May Commencement ceremonies take place this Sunday.  UK Perspectives guest host Alan Lytle talks with Christina Walker, a former soldier who will be donning the cap and gown and walking the aisle with more than a thousand other graduates.  When she and her husband enrolled at UK they set out on another important mission; one that would lead Christina to receiving her degree in communications, and acceptance to law school.

We caught up with the author at Lexington’s Castlewood Park where he talked to us about the book, the unique trees surrounding the Loudon House, and what the future holds for the oldest trees in the Bluegrass.
