The 7-4 vote came Friday afternoon and will bring Dunn's tenure to an end June 30, 2014.

University spokeswoman Catherine Sivills says the board is pushing for a plan to find Dunn's replacement at its May meeting. Sivills did not say why the board voted to end Dunn's term, calling it a personnel matter.
