GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- Former Kentucky Gov. Martha Layne Collins is drawing support in the search for a new president of Georgetown College in central Kentucky.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports the support is coming from faculty, students and alumni of the liberal arts school.
A Facebook page is advocating Collins in the school's search for a successor to William Crouch Jr., who is retiring.
The 76-year-old Collins says no one from the school's presidential search committee has contacted her.
