Ky. Couple Challenges Ban On Same-Sex Marriage

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville couple on Friday challenged Kentucky's ban on same-sex marriages, saying the state isn't putting them and other same-sex couples on equal footing with other married couples.
