Residents of Lexington’s Chrysalis House, Kentucky’s oldest and largest licensed substance abuse treatment program for women, will soon have the benefit of a Prep Academy for their children right on site.  It’s part of a partnership agreement announced Wednesday with Community Action Council which will administer the head start program.
