Kentucky Artisan Center Turning 10 This Weekend

BEREA, Ky. -- The Kentucky Artisan Center turns ten years old this weekend.  Karyn Czar has more on the celebration.

Executive Director Victoria Faoro says they will be celebrating in style and using this weekend to reflect the full scope of the center.

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Lexington-Fayette County was the first local government in Kentucky to pass a smoke-free ordinance, and officials this week are marking the 10th anniversary of its passage.

The University of Kentucky's Kentucky Center for Smoke-free Policy sponsored a celebration Monday with speakers including Lexington Mayor Jim Gray, UK nursing professor and center director Ellen Hahn and local and state officials.
