Lexington, KY – WUKY is welcoming back a familiar voice to our airwaves. Former anchor and reporter Samantha Lederman, now with the Horse Radio Network (the unofficial radio and podcast of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games) will contribute World Equestrian Games reports for WUKY.
Starting August 2nd, listen each Monday for a weekly W.E.G. report during the 7am and 8:30am local newscasts.
In September, Samantha and Brenna Angel will team up to highlight the eight specific disciplines of the competition. Those reports will air Tuesday and Thursday (Aug. 31st, plus Sept. 2, 7 & 9, at 8:35 am and 5:45 pm).
During the games, Samantha and Brenna will provide team coverage of what's going on inside the stadium, and outside on the grounds, with a nightly recap of the competition at 5:50 pm.
