Ky. -- This week on UK Perspectives we introduce you to two individuals who are here in Lexington as part of the Martin School of Public Policy's Legislative Fellows program.  Kai-Yuan Teng of Taiwan and Chuluunbaatar Tserennadmid of Mongolia are spending this month in Lexington learning about government and media transparency.
