LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky Police has issued a campus alert this morning following two armed robberies within minutes of each other.
Both incidents happened around 2:45 AM, the first on Pennsylvania Avenue and the other at Columbia and Oldham Court. Police think the same person is responsible for both robberies. The suspect is described as a black male, about 5' 11", with a cornrow hairstyle.
Both UK and Lexington police are investigating.
