The dangerous health effects of second-hand smoke played a key role in making Lexington a smoke-free community.

Continuing our look back at ten years of Lexington's No Smoking Ordinance:

Penny Warren is a Lexington attorney and a former smoker.  She says the ordinance has made a major difference in her life.  She talks about kicking the habit and smoke free policies with local cardiologist, Dr. Thomas Whayne.
