Software Company Bringing 90 Jobs To Lexington

Lexington, KY – Lexington Mayor Jim Newberry, area business leaders, and Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear were on hand at the University of Kentucky today to officially welcome Galmont Consulting to the Bluegrass.

Galmont CEO Jeri Smith says the company plans to partner with the University of Kentucky's College of Engineering to hire and train computer science graduates in an effort to keep talented workers in their home state.

The Company plans to locate its new 4-thousand square foot testing center on Esplanade Avenue in downtown Lexington,
