Lexington, KY – Silberman received the honor yesterday in Louisville during the annual meeting of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators. Silberman will find out tomorrow whether he is one of four finalists for the national award. Silberman has been head of the state's second-largest school district since 2004.
This is Silberman's second "Super of the Year honor". He also won it during his tenure as Daviess County Public Schools' Superintendent prior to coming to Lexington.
