Second Murder Suspect In Alex Johnson Case Captured In Texas

A man wanted in connection to the disappearance of a Lexington man is now in police custody in Texas.

Alex Johnson has been missing since Dec. 20, 2013.

According to Lexington Police, Robert "Mark" Taylor was captured by authorities on Wednesday in Hidalgo County, Texas.

Taylor will be scheduled for an extradition hearing this week. He’s facing charges of Murder, Kidnapping and Tampering with Physical Evidence.   Authorities in Texas also charged Taylor with Possession of Marijuana.

Another man, 42 year old Timothy Ballard, is also facing charges of Kidnapping and Tampering with Physical Evidence, in connection to the case.
