Kentucky – Things could get lively this evening in Pikeville as the Army Corps of Engineers holds a public hearing on the controversial surface mining practice, commonly referred to as mountain top removal. At issue is a federal proposal that would make it more difficult for coal companies to apply for and receive permits to engage in the practice. Alan Lytle reports.
