Lexington, KY – The Kentucky Department for Public Health is sponsoring an essay contest that challenges the state's African-American and Latino teenagers to help stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. But as Kathleen Adams reports, the contest brings up the issue of how to talk to kids about sex and AIDS.
