LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky basketball guard DeAndre Liggins is going to remain in the NBA draft. Liggins announced Sunday he will turn pro rather than return for his senior season after receiving positive feedback from NBA personnel during a weekend camp hosted by the New Jersey Nets.
And Lexington native Shelvin Mack is keeping his name in the NBA draft as well. The former Bryan Station star led Butler to back-to-back appearances in the NCAA championship game.
