Police in Laurel County say a Corbin man has been arrested after his young child was found outside his home wearing only a diaper in 22-degree conditions.
According to a police report, 32-year-old Joshua Feltner was charged with wanton endangerment and public intoxication Saturday night.
Sheriff's deputies say a neighbor found a 4-year-old child wandering outside Feltner's home and placed the child in a warm car with a blanket. According to the sheriff's office, Feltner was asleep at the time and he said he didn't know the child was outside. The child was determined to be unharmed and was placed in the care of other relatives.
At the time of this reports, Feltner had not retained an attorney who could comment on the charges.
