Inmate Escapes From Blackburn

For the second time this month, an inmate has walked away from the minimum-security prison in Lexington.

Officials say 36-year old Billy Rose left the Blackburn Correctional Complex last night around 9:43 p.m.

Rose is serving a 15-year-sentence for burglary, robbery, and trafficking in a controlled substance.

He's described as a white male, 6'1", 275 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
