Four Kentucky Schools Get Sustainability Grades

Lexington, KY – An environmental watchdog group is out with a new report grading the sustainability efforts of three hundred U-S colleges including four here in Kentucky. The Massachusetts-based Sustainable Endowments Institute evaluates the schools on how well they live up to their green promises.
The report card gives the University of Kentucky along with Danville's Centre College an overall grade of C, the University of Louisville gets a B- and the Kentucky school with the highest grade this year is Berea College earning an impressive B .
