Developer Makes More Tweaks To CentrePointe Design

The Webb Companies

CentrePointe Developer Dudley Webb will have a new presentation to make to the Courthouse Area Design Review Board now that he’s made some changes to the project.

The new plans filed Wednesday still include two hotels, an office tower, a restaurant, and retail space, but what’s changed is where the apartments are to go.  Originally they were to be part of the hotel buildings…now Webb wants those living spaces placed atop the office building which will be at the corner of Limestone and Main Street.

Webb has confirmed that the two hotels will be the Marriot and a Residence Inn. The anchoring restaurant will still be a Jeff Ruby's Steak House.

The office building and restaurant should be finished by April of 2018. Webb says he hopes to see the hotels completed in August of that same year.

Meanwhile construction continues on the underground garage, which Webb says should be completed in about seven months.
