For years free roaming horses have galloped across hundreds of acres of abandoned strip mine lands in Eastern Kentucky.  But while some see their presence as an expensive nuisance, others recognize an opportunity for agri-tourism and a way to further diversify an overly coal-dependent regional economy.  Samantha Lederman reports on efforts to build the Appalachian Horse Center.
