Lexington, KY – Lexington's Urban County Council surveyed plans for a 40-story hotel to occupy the block from Limestone to Upper between Main and Vine Streets downtown. As Josh James reports, while most of the council expressed cautious optimism, enthusiasm for the proposal did not spread across the board.
