Lexington, KY – Controversy continues to swirl over a recent decision by the Board of Regents for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System to eliminate teacher tenure for new hires. Board members claim it will save money and offer schools more flexibility in hiring decisions. WUKY commentator Cara Richards, a retired professor at Transylvania University has a few thoughts on that.
