Lexington, KY – Bluegrass native, and Academy Award Winning Director Paul Wagner says he's always wanted to train his cameras on the horse racing industry. Kentucky Educational Television viewers will have the chance to see his finished product with the debut of "Thoroughbred - Born To Run" Monday night March 8th at 8pm.
