Dairy Queen says hackers got hold of their customers' credit card information, and 52 potentially affected restaurants were in Kentucky.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Dairy Queen says the 'back-off' malware affected 395 locations since August.
Three Lexington locations made the list, as well as one in Winchester, Paris, Georgetown, Danville and Richmond.
Dairy Queen says fewer than 600 thousand cards were affected; but customer names, card numbers, and expiration dates were compromised.
