Advocacy Groups Claim Momentum Building For Felon Voting Rights Bill
If a recent rally at the Capitol is any indication, momentum for a long-discussed felon voting rights bill may be on the rise.
Kentucky remains one of only three states in the nation that permanently disenfranchises those convicted of a felony offense, unless they receive an individual pardon from the governor.
However, a statewide coalition has been working for over a decade to change that and they believe momentum may be on their side.
