LEXINGTON, Ky. -- – A technology and consulting firm is holding up a big "help wanted" sign. Affiliated Computer Services has openings for 320 jobs in Kentucky; 270 in Lexington and 50 in Pikeville.
ACS Spokesman Chris Gilligan says the company is hiring immediately.
"There are a variety of positions. There are some customer care or call center agent positions and some supervisory positions as well."
Most of the positions will be temporary, but Gilligan says the work should last for several months. He adds that the pay rate for the jobs is "well above minimum wage."
ACS helps its clients with technology, consulting, and back-office services.
