Kentucky Hate Crime Trial en Convict Tells Kidnapping Victim He's Sorry <p class="ap-story-p"><span class="entry-content">LONDON, Ky.-- A man convicted of kidnapping has apologized to his victim in southern Kentucky.</span><span class="entry-content">&nbsp; WYMT-TV in Hazard reported Anthony Jenkins apologized to Kevin Pennington on Thursday at a U.S. District Court hearing in London.
